For many firefighters, the hardest part is not the call, it is carrying it afterward. Our hockey program brings together over 50 firefighters from multiple departments across the Las Vegas Valley, giving them a place to decompress, reconnect, and feel understood by people who live the same job. That sense of belonging is not just social, it is protective.

When the team raises funds through games and merchandise, it turns that connection into action by helping pay for confidential therapy sessions for firefighters and their families through Renewing Life Center. The result is a program that supports mental health in two ways: building peer connection and funding professional care.
